The problem with the Indian plate
Most Indian vegetarian diets are short on one thing: protein. The roti — eaten two to four times a day — is almost pure carbohydrate. Ayustasya Flour was formulated at the clinic to fix the staple itself instead of adding one more supplement to the shelf.
What makes it different
The base combines defatted soya, wheat and peas to reach 26 grams of protein per 100 grams of flour — so a single roti delivers more protein than an egg. Because higher-protein flours can feel heavy, eight classical carminatives are milled in: two varieties of cumin, dried ginger, hing, black pepper, pippali and zingiber. The result digests light and tastes like a slightly nuttier everyday atta.
Who it's for
Patients on diabetic, PCOS and weight-management plans at the clinic are usually moved to Ayustasya rotis first — flattening post-meal spikes and keeping hunger fuller for longer. It also suits gym-goers and growing kids who refuse "protein foods" but never refuse a paratha.
