Which consultation type should I pick?
If you can reach Rasta Peth, choose a clinic visit — physical examination adds detail. Otherwise pick video (preferred over phone, since Dr. Nimarjeet can see you). For stress, anxiety or life-coaching, choose Wellness Counselling.
What if I miss my slot?
WhatsApp the clinic with your booking code and reschedule — no charge for the first reschedule when you inform us in advance.
Is the online payment refundable?
Yes. Cancel at least 4 working hours before your slot for a full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days. See the refund policy for details.
How does the video consultation happen?
After booking, the clinic confirms your slot on WhatsApp and sends a video-call link (Google Meet or WhatsApp video) shortly before your time.
