By using satnaamherbals.co.in, booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Medical disclaimer

Content on this website is educational. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship until you consult Dr. Nimarjeet. Ayurvedic treatment supports and manages health conditions; outcomes vary by individual. Never stop prescribed medication without the guidance of your treating physician.

Appointments

• Consultation fees are shown at booking (starting ₹500) and cover the consultation only; medicines and products are billed separately after prescription.
• Your slot is confirmed on successful online payment, or on selecting pay-at-clinic for in-person visits.
• Please arrive (or be reachable) on time. Slots delayed by more than 15 minutes may need rescheduling.
• Rescheduling: WhatsApp the clinic with your booking code in advance — the first reschedule is free.

Products & orders

• Product listings describe traditional Ayurvedic use and are not claims to diagnose, treat or cure disease.
• Prices are in INR, inclusive of taxes, exclusive of shipping (free above ₹500).
• Orders are confirmed on online payment or COD selection, and shipped per the Shipping Policy.
• Consume products as directed on the label or as prescribed. Discontinue and consult a doctor in case of any adverse reaction.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay under their terms. We never store your card/UPI credentials. Cash is accepted at the clinic and on COD delivery.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and formulations on this site belong to Satnaam Herbals and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Satnaam Herbals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
