Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations
- Cancellation by you: cancel at least 4 working hours before your slot (WhatsApp the clinic with your booking code) for a full refund of an online payment.
- Late cancellation / no-show: the consultation fee is non-refundable, but the clinic will do its best to reschedule you once as a courtesy.
- Cancellation by the clinic: if Dr. Nimarjeet is unavailable, you choose between a free reschedule or a full refund.
Product orders
- Before dispatch: orders can be cancelled for a full refund — WhatsApp us with your order code.
- Damaged / wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
- Opened consumables: for safety and hygiene, opened medicines, foods and beverages cannot be returned unless defective.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval (bank timelines may vary). COD orders are refunded by bank transfer/UPI after we confirm details with you.
