Where we ship

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. (International orders: WhatsApp us — we arrange them case-by-case.)

Timelines

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code (metros faster, remote areas longer).
• You'll receive dispatch details on WhatsApp/SMS; reply anytime for tracking help.

Charges

• Flat shipping of ₹50 on orders below ₹500.
• Free shipping on orders of ₹500 and above.
• Cash on Delivery is available; please keep the exact amount ready.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel for tampering before accepting. If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery or report it to us within 48 hours with photos — we'll make it right per the Refund Policy.

Delays

Courier delays (weather, strikes, remote routes) are occasionally beyond our control — we'll keep you informed and chase the courier on your behalf.
